At Uturn Orlando, our mission is to impact lives and redirect the unchurched toward their God-given destiny. We believe every person has a purpose, and through the love of Christ, discipleship, and a supportive community, we guide individuals toward spiritual maturity. By creating opportunities for growth and transformation, we help people discover who they are in Christ and step boldly into the life God has designed for them.

The Essential  7

The Essential 7 are the foundational values that shape who we are, how we live, and how we lead others in our walk with Christ.

  • We live from intimacy with God, not activity.

  • At Uturn, we commit to:
    • Praying first before acting, planning, or responding

    • Seeking God’s direction before executing tasks

    • Encouraging spiritual health over burnout or performance pressure

    • Helping people discover God’s purpose for their lives

    • Viewing ministry “needs” as opportunities to serve

    We refuse to substitute busyness for obedience.


    • Everything we do points people to Jesus and lines up with the Bible. 

    • The Bible is our foundation. our message always leads to Jesus.
    • Keeping Jesus central in teaching, decisions, and church culture
    • Making disciples, not just attendees
    • Discipling people who disciple others
    • Celebrating faithfulness and promoting multiplication
    • We refuse to allow programs or personalities to replace the mission of Jesus.

    We value relationships over results.

      Pastors Richard and Margarita Trinidad

      Pastors Richard and Margarita Trinidad are the passionate and visionary leaders of Uturn Covenant Church in Orlando, FL. Originally from Chicago, IL, they felt the call of God to plant a life-giving church in Orlando, where people could experience transformation through a deep and authentic relationship with Jesus Christ. 

      Before launching Uturn Covenant Church, Pastors Richard and Margarita served as directors of a discipleship school, where they trained and equipped young adults to be fully devoted followers of Christ. Their heart for discipleship continues to shape the mission of their ministry, as they focus on helping people connect to God, grow as disciples, and impact the world with the love of Jesus.
